Here is a tip on proper hammer form to help prevent pain and discomfort from @captainmeegleton - “To prevent pain and be able to hammer for extended periods, remember that your elbow should be close to your torso. The more space there is, the greater the possibility of shoulder pain and even injury. Do whatever is necessary: raise or lower yourself or your work, keep your shoulders down, straighten your back. I’ve found that I unintentionally raised my shoulders while soldering, too, for so long that I thought tight shoulders would be something I would have to accept. Not so.” LOVE THIS.
