Here is an awesome way to hold down your work for soldering from @maxlamont1 - “I simply put one of the little ceramic pegs that come with the honeycomb boards into the jaws of a reverse action pair of tweezers. The tweezers need to be held in a third hand base. The ceramic peg can then be made to press down gently on the  piece of silver being soldered. The ceramic peg wont act as a heat sink and neither will the tweezers or the third hand be damaged.” Love this idea! If you are not familiar with these pegs they come with mini honeycomb boards. The pegs fit into the little holes and can be used to hold pieces in position (love them) and now we have an additional use for them!
