This is a essential tool every jeweler can make for themselves. Sanding sticks! 💕 I purchased a square dowel from the hardware store but I’ve also seen people use wooden sticks of all types (tell me about yours in the comments 😏) cut the sand paper down to the height you need and then gently score it right next to wood as you fold it (I use a pencil), creating crisp corners. I used masking tape around the ends and as the paper gets worn I peel off a side or two. I also mark the ends so I can easily identify which is which.
