How to make your own sanding discs from @artjewels.ru -“All that you need: sandpaper with the grit that you need (I'm using 1200 or 800 grit), scissors, screw mandrel and a sharp pin.
1. Cut the sandpaper with the scissors to the sizes you need.
2. Make a hole in the center of the sandpaper piece using the pin.
3. Install the piece of sandpaper on the screw mandrel. Insert it in your flexshaft.
4. Start rotate the flexshaft and cut the ideal circle piece of sandpaper by using the pin.
Bigger circles I use to sand big and flat surfaces. The smaller ones for narrow places.” You can modify to fit any project you may have! I love this tip so much!
