CONGRATS @knotandsplice šŸŽ‰ Here are two amazing tools you will want to have in your studio from @wellnessformakers The first is The Rist Roller - it helps elongate the muscles in your forearms and increase blood flow and circulation (my newest collection involves hours of hammering and this tool truly is a game changer!) the other magical tool is the Hit the Spot Neck Massager - a deep tissue massager that helps squeeze painful knots and alleviate tension in the neck and shoulders (anyone else hunched over for hours at a time šŸ™‹ā€ā™€ļøšŸ¤¦ā€ā™€ļø) now that I own these tools I do a stretch session before I break for lunch and once before I leave my studio for the day. Due to the repeatitive motions of jewelry making I think these are essential self-care tools. I’m super excited to be collaborating with @wellnessformakers who is generously giving away a Hit The Spot and Rist Roller to a lucky member of our community! Entry is easy!
1ļøāƒ£ Follow @wellnessformakers 2ļøāƒ£ Tag a fellow maker (could be a jeweler or any other artist/creator/maker) AND please tell us in the comments about your current methods of self-care in your studio!
3ļøāƒ£ BONUS ENTRY - mention @metalsmithsociety + @wellnessformakers in a story and show us/tell us about your studio self-care šŸ’• *This giveaway will run until 9/12 8am EDT, a winner will be announced on 9/12 before 6pm EDT, this giveaway is open to everyone except (North Korea, Cuba and Iran - due to shipping restrictions)
