This is an important SAFETY 😎 tip from @letsmakejewelry - “When I was an apprentice back in the 80's my teacher was quite strict and told me I would be automatically fired if I ever had a piece of jewelry get "away" from me when polishing. He then taught me to always polish rings with two fingers or a thumb touching through the center. Fortunately, he was not always there Lol but for the most part this technique has been quite valuable over the years and worth sharing.” This is such an important tip! You should always feel super confident with your grip on your work when using a polishing lathe! Always wear eye protection as well!
