Here are two tips I picked up taking a course with @lucywalkerjewellery (and sharing with her blessings 😉) using double sided tape to attach your drawing or printout to your metal works AMAZING. As Lucy will tell you it is a bit of a pain to remove (she likes scrubbing with acetone) but it’s worth it because it does not budge! The other tip is when you are sawing something with a ton of little details like this snowflake, pierce and saw the center first, before you saw around the design. It makes the piece easier to hold! I created this snowflake ornament using her template and did her Saw Pierced Pendant course which is great for beginners or anyone looking to improve their sawing 🙋‍♀️) I have been working with Lucy as an affiliate for awhile because I think her classes are brilliant!
