Here is a soldering prop tip from @phantasm_jewelry - “Just tried this and it works really great! I'm not a big fan of third hands because of the heat sink and difficulty placing objects...but I needed something to hold up my hidden bail. So I used twisted steel wire and soldering clay and fashioned this holding tool.
