Here is a flux tip from @silversuspensions - “Thought I’d share a flux tip I’ve learned from my mentor, he’s an old school master diamond setter/goldsmith.

Find a small container (I’ve re-used a face cream container) drill a small hole in the lid, just enough that your paint brush goes in and barely touches the bottom. Fill up with flux, put your paint brush in/ the tight fit makes it air tight. Use as needed, your small brush gives good control yet enough flux to do a prep a few items.
