Have you ever bent an earring post while hammer setting a piece in thermoloc?? 🙋‍♀️ This was happening to me because I wasn’t using enough thermoloc and I didn’t have my post fully supported. @marquisjewelryacademy stopped by my studio and showed me some tips on setting up my earrings and it was a real game changer! Now I make a little pillow shape with a 1/2” handle. I don’t over tighten while it’s still cooling. I hope this is helpful for anyone that had a similar issue!
