Here is a tip I’ve used for years, keep a small bowl filled with water on your bench when you are sanding or grinding with your flex shaft. It helps you cool things and the dust does grab onto the moisture so it reduce the airborne particles a little bit of course use ventilation and a respirator. Safety first!
