LOVE seeing this very important process of capturing metal for refining from @mageofmetals - “To gather my silver dust, I first remove the sandpaper scraps and use a magnet to collect my broken saw blades. Next I gather the dust, metal and miscellaneous bits using a wide brush and scoop it onto a piece of folded paper. I then use a fine-mesh 3” mini strainer and separate the dust from the metal bits. I place the collected dust into my dust bag and place the other bits in a separate bag that I will go through later.🙂” Thank you for letting me share this!
