Here is a filing tip from @crazyhorseclassics - “I frequently use negative space in my work, which requires a lot filing 90* corners and squaring off sawblade marks.

I use a vise as a steady third hand to keep the metal fixtured. It reduces file chatter and keeps my horizon line consistent. Having two hands greatly improves efficiency!)

I also recommend using cardboard or leather to help keep the vise marks to a minimum~
