Such a smart little tip from Katie of @jennistuartjewelry 👏

If you’ve ever used one of these yellow rubber-bond diamond polishing wheels, you know they can feel a little flimsy. Katie’s trick is to place a separating disc underneath the wheel to give it more rigidity and help keep that edge nice and solid while you work.

And if you’re wondering what these yellow wheels are even used for:

• High-polishing gravers to get that beautiful mirror finish
• Polishing handmade tools like burnishers
• High-polishing hammer punches and other custom steel tools
• Probably some other cool use I’m not even thinking of at the moment 😂
