Love this soldering tip from @letsmakejewelry - “A simple soldering tip from Master Jeweler Jurgen Maerz. When soldering one flat piece to another, use a ball bur to make divots in the back of the plate, then add solder and fill the divots. When the top plate is soldered to the bottom plate this will help keep the two plates flush together and there won't be any solder showing resulting in less clean up.” Absolutely love this idea! Would work great on thicker gauged sheet! Thank you so much for letting us share!
